Trailer & overflow Parking
With limited in space for parking, we kindly ask that those participants looking to camp during the horse show in RV's or Trailers with Living Quarters, to please fill out the Camper Registration Form. The management team will do their best to accomodate you on site.
We ask that all participants looking to park trailers for the weekend, please do so at the Kelowna RV Park' - 3790 Casorso Road, Kelowna.

Equine Biosecurity Measures
All participants are required to be cognoscente of the proper protocols and procedures to uphold during the event when it comes to Equine Health, Safety and Biosecurity. Each horse participating should have a regularly kept temperature log and should be checked regularly for symptoms like, Fever, Nasal Discharge, Loose Manure and irregular behaviors. For more information on Symptoms please visit equestrian.ca, and pay attention to printed information on site.
Sick Horses must be reported to Horse Show Management or Officials immediately. Management has a response plan established and will communicate and execute to all participants as necessary.
Please ensure that valid Vaccination Records from a veterinarian have been submitted prior to arrival on the grounds.
Coggins Tests should be done regularly, Vaccinations required to participate are: Equine Influenza & Equine Herpes 1 & 4, administered within 6 months prior to competition start and no fewer than 7 days ahead of the event.
