Booking  Options:

Ticketed Schooling Rounds:
Schedule with height adjustments will be created based on Bookings and released 2 days prior to event. 

• $50.00 Per 2min Round (Sand Ring)  |  60.00 Per 2min Round (Grass Ring)
• Overnight stabling options are available
• All horses Attending must be up to date with Vaccinations required as per Article: A519 in the EC Rule Book
• Registration Deadlines ( 7 days prior to Selected Training Day). 
• Group / Lesson Block Bookings may be requested. Group schooling will not be permitted in grass rings.  ($400.00 per hour block)

All athletes must be registered prior to the booking deadline date. All late entries will be subject to a $40.00 Late Fee.

How  It  Works

1.  Submit your Booking Request Online
2. Confirm your booking by checking that you name is populated in the booking calendar below. 
3. Haul-In or Stable-over
4. Daily Schedule will be available at least 24hrs prior to first rounds of training.
5. Check-In, Sign Waiver, Sign up for Order of Go
6. Course Walk for designated heights​
7. Designated Warm Up Ring​
8. 5 min rounds  (1 hour bookings available by request on Alternate Days - Please add in notes section)
9. Arrive to the gate on time :)

** cancellations **

We will require at least 24hrs notice prior to any cancellations. If we are experiencing any extreme weather that affects conditions on-course, PES will make the call to cancel; however, like a horse show we will pull forward with minor weather like rain and snow. Last minute cancellations will be charged in full.
